Add PDFs to custom pages like About, FAQ, Contact, or any page you create.

Page PDFs provide supporting information:

  • Company info - Share detailed background on About pages
  • Policies - Display return, privacy, or terms PDFs
  • Resources - Offer downloadable guides
  • Documentation - Provide detailed instructions
  • Forms - Share printable order forms or applications
  1. From your PDF library, click the PDF
  2. Click Link PDF
  3. Select Pages from the dropdown
  4. Search for your page by title
  5. Click the page to select it
  6. Click Link PDF

Search for pages​

Find pages in your store:

  • Type part of the page title
  • Standard pages (About, Contact) appear
  • Custom pages you created also appear
  • Click to select the page you want

Common page uses​

About page - Add company presentation or history PDF

FAQ page - Include detailed troubleshooting guides

Resources page - Create a download center with multiple PDFs

Contact page - Share office location maps or directions

Wholesale page - Provide wholesale catalogs or order forms

Multiple PDFs on one page​

Create a resource library on a single page:

  1. Link first PDF to the page
  2. Link second PDF to the same page
  3. Continue adding PDFs
  4. Customers see all PDFs in a list

Where PDFs appear​

PDFs show where you add the Theme App Extension:

  • Above page content
  • Below page content
  • In a sidebar
  • In a specific section
