Attach PDFs to blog posts to provide supporting documents and resources.

Article PDFs enhance your blog content:

  • Research papers - Share full studies referenced in posts
  • Templates - Offer downloadable worksheets
  • Guides - Provide detailed how-to documents
  • Resources - Include supplementary materials
  • Case studies - Share full reports

Link a PDF to an article​

  1. From your PDF library, click the PDF
  2. Click Link PDF
  3. Select Articles from the dropdown
  4. Search for your article by title
  5. Click the article to select it
  6. Click Link PDF

Search for articles​

Find blog posts quickly:

  • Type part of the article title
  • Articles from all blogs appear
  • Results show blog name and article title
  • Click to select

Multiple PDFs per article​

Add several PDFs to one blog post:

  1. Link the first PDF
  2. Link additional PDFs to the same article
  3. Customers see all PDFs together

Example: Add a template PDF plus an instruction guide to a tutorial post.

If you have multiple blogs, you can link PDFs to articles in any of them:

  • Search shows articles from all blogs
  • Each result shows which blog it belongs to
  • Link works the same way regardless of blog

Where PDFs appear​

PDFs display where you add the extension in your theme:

  • Above the article content
  • Below the article content
  • In a sidebar
  • After the author bio

Position is controlled in your theme editor.
