Dashboard

Your PDF Connect dashboard shows your library, usage stats, and quick actions.

Access your dashboard​

From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > PDF Connect

Your dashboard is the main screen you see when you open the app.

Dashboard sections​

Library overview​

See all your PDFs with:

  • Thumbnail previews
  • File names
  • Status (active/inactive)
  • Number of links
  • Upload dates

Click any PDF to view details or manage links.

Usage stats​

Track your plan usage:

  • PDFs used vs limit
  • Percentage bar showing usage
  • Days until next billing
  • Current plan name

Recent activity​

View recent actions:

  • Newly uploaded PDFs
  • Recently linked PDFs
  • Status changes
  • Deleted PDFs

Shows last 10 activities by default.

Quick actions​

Fast access to common tasks:

  • Upload PDFs - Add new files
  • View All PDFs - See full library
  • Upgrade Plan - Increase limits
  • Settings - Configure app

Search and filter​

From the dashboard you can:

  • Search PDFs by name
  • Filter by status (active/inactive)
  • Sort by name, date, or links
  • View detailed PDF information

  • Total PDFs in library
  • Active PDFs count
  • Inactive PDFs count
  • Total links created
  • Storage used

Available stats vary by plan.

Customize dashboard view​

Options to adjust your view:

  • Grid or list layout
  • Thumbnail size
  • Items per page
  • Default sort order

Settings save automatically.
