Link your first PDF

Link a PDF to a product so customers can see it on your product page. This process works the same way for all resource types (products, collections, pages, articles, homepage, and search page).

This example shows linking to a product, but the process is similar for all resource types:

  1. From your PDF library, find the PDF you want to link and click it
  2. Click Link PDF in the top right or in the Publish section
  3. Select Products from the resource type dropdown (or choose Collections, Pages, Articles, Homepage, or Search Page)
  4. Search for your product by name or 'add a filter' to find many products
  5. Click the product/s to select it
  6. Click Add in the bottom right

The PDF is now linked to your product.

Track where PDFs are used​

See all links for a PDF:

  1. Click the PDF in your library
  2. View Linked Resources section
  3. See every resource using this PDF
  4. Unlink from specific resources if needed
