Increase your PDF limit or access advanced features by upgrading.
When to upgrade​
Upgrade when you need:
- More PDFs than your current limit
- Advanced analytics (Standard+)
- Priority support (Basic+)
- Unlimited PDFs (Unlimited plan)
How to upgrade​
- From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > PDF Connect
- Click Settings or Upgrade in your dashboard
- Choose your new plan
- Review the pricing
- Click Confirm upgrade
Your plan changes immediately.
What happens when you upgrade​
Immediate changes:
- New PDF limit applies right away
- You can upload more PDFs immediately
- All existing PDFs remain active
- New features unlock
Billing changes:
- Prorated charge for remainder of current month
- New rate starts next billing cycle
- Appears on your Shopify invoice
Upgrade cost​
You pay the difference between plans, prorated:
Example: Upgrading from Basic to Standard mid-month
- Paid $4.99 for Basic (used half the month)
- Upgrade to Standard at $9.99
- Pay ~$2.50 for remainder of month
- Next month pays full $9.99
From Free to paid plan​
First upgrade steps:
- Choose your plan (Basic, Standard, or Unlimited)
- Enter billing information (if not already on file)
- Confirm upgrade
- Start using increased limits
Free trial:
- Most paid plans include 14-day trial
- Full access during trial
- Cancel anytime during trial at no charge

- Upload more PDFs up to your new limit
